As an accomplished staff accountant with over 15 years of expertise in servicing diverse small businesses, Roushan Rice has honed her skills in tax management, accounting strategies, and overseeing the accuracy and management of the purchasing of materials, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll functions. She is a licensed tax preparer, IRS ERO with a registered EFIN and PTIN, and has earned the credentials to be a longstanding member of the Maryland Society of Tax and Accounting Professionals. She completed the QuickBooks certification through the “QuickBooks Pro” level, which will be of asset to Roushan's current focus on optimizing accounting practices within the context of a commercial LED Lighting Retrofit contractor. The application of her wealth of experience to ensure financial efficiency and compliance ultimately contributes to the company's success and growth.

Educated in low-voltage wiring and controls and electrical theory from Frederick Community College. Earned a Electricians Journeyman License. Service, repair, and new build-outs in commercial construction. Worked as a lead electrician at 2 private colleges, focusing on service, repair and installation of electrical systems and fixtures. Attended seminars focusing on Energy reduction and cost savings to large industries, and EPA-approved waste standards and laws. Educated tenants and customers on the benefits of cost, energy savings, and the environmental benefits of control systems, LED lighting, and other ways to save on energy.
